Alright, I've heard many good things about the game, but, I would like your opinions on if Half Life 2 is worth the money, I am a CS fan but I want to make sure I'm not wasting good money

It's excellent. Just don't play through it too fast. Stop and smell the headcrabs from time to time. Play around with stuff.

I would buy it for twice as much as they're selling it for. It's that good.

Unless your PC can't run it, or you on a very strict budget, I see absolutely no reason not to.

Playing through HL1 first is a good idea too, if you haven't already.

Well, one reason I haven't bought'n it yet was because of my PC, but, I'm getting a 3.0 GHz processor, new mother board, NVIDIA nforce Ultra video card for christmas as well as HL2 hopefully

I don't care if it cost $200.00 (US), I would still buy it in a heartbeat -- I have been a gamer for years, and I have NEVER seen anything like this game. It is not one separate thing that makes it excellent, but it is the combination of ALL the littel touches that made it wonderful. Without a doubt, you should get this game.
