Understatement of the century.

Look on the bright side, you can still look at the pretty screenshots.

A more suitable way of saying it is "It will get raped by velocoraptors"

I'm not 100% sure but I think you need the DivX codec to play that video.
Yeah, I used DivX Player and it worked :)

Now die GeForce4 MX440 :sniper:

I am absolutely sure it will run on a 9800 Pro and up. Valve first demoed the HDR Antlion movie on a 9800 Pro. :D

will this hdr reduce jaggies though too like prince of persia which doesnt support aa but is jaggie free coz of its bloom or will we just have to accept jaggies?

Can't tell you have to see for yourself when it's available but the lack of AA* IMHO is a major drawback and of course the performance hit will be quite noticeable too

*(no higher resolution just doesn't cut it)

That wasn't HDR, that was Sources imitation of HDR, which they called HDR. This is actually the real HDR.

To process real HDR in a scene takes some serious muscle. My 9800 Pro got about 30fps at 1024x768 on this HDR Techdemo - and bear in mind that the scene here is merely a skybox and low-poly model.

Source with HDR will consist of high poly maps, high poly objects and HDR calculations being performed on everything in the scene. I'd say it's finally curtains for the 9800pro and everything below it, this time.

Maybe it means your PC is too old to run it?

Works fine for me... all you really need is DX9 and a decent graphics card (dx9 capable)
