Anyone here get them frequently? Im in very good shape but still them sometimes when i get up quickly. A few months ago I got one so bad that I woke up on the floor in my living room.

I take it you have the memory lapses too, which last a few seconds.

I've been through the same ordeal, but they seemed to of disappeared in the last few years (though not completely)

Once I lost my vision and I banged my head against the open oven/grill door

ya, when it happens I get pretty stupid. If i dont black out, im completely out of my mind.

Also sometimes when I get up my vision goes blurry and I don't know why. I have 20/20 vision so does anyone else get this? Not trying to take over this thread or anything just curious.

You guys are messed up. Im very out of shape and I have only gotten a head rush like twice in my life. I have never passed out, lost vision or had memory lapses.

Yes, my vision gets black until i cant see anything
