Whats a good, cheap, pair of head phones that dont leak sound. I dont need em for the PC, I have nice speakers. Schools starting soon, I need em for my mp3/cd player. Teachers blab and blab, so I need good headphones.

Ive gone threw 2 pairs of headphones. The Plantronics 90' and the DSP 500's . They both were worth every dollar.

With Bose, all you pay for is the name. Go for something from Sony. I have a nice pair of headphones from them for my CD player, and let me tell you, they really are amazing.

I have used ones that came with my Yppy cassette walkman. I have to say that they are the best headphones I've used. I have tried sony/logitech ones with same price tag, but still I think these "Yppy" ones are better.

I don't really know if they are sold separately from Yppy-player....

I think this question would feel more at home in a forum like Head-Fi.

But for my personal recommendation I would say Sony Eggo MDR-D66 or one of the closed Sennheiser models.. PXC250 maybe?.

I have the D66 Eggos myself and they are excellent with a portable headphone amp like the super-mini.

hmmm. I would recomend one of koss's sets. They sound pretty good and are decently priced. I hate the pair sony headphones i hate, shitty sound for $20.

I got some Philips HP800's, part of their "Clarity" line for DJ's. Basically they sound as good as Sennheisers for a LOT less... but are hard to come by since they're only available in Europe, and you must import or find a store that has em'.

I was never an audiophile till I got me some real headphones, seriously, it's incredible what good sound can do for you in games and music. I've heard things in favorite songs I never heard before. I can actually FEEL bass... I just love these cans. I'm never going back to crappy 2 speaker system or weak cans that can't deliver full sound.

I have some good headphones they where cheap.There Sony MDR-CD18G headphones.There really comfortable.The foam thingys cup your ears so no sound escape.They costed around $20.

plantronics audio 90 headset is nice, comftorable high quality and only costs about .. darn i dont remember, maybe 30 bucks?
