The fact that Valve sent an RC to Vivendi means the game is done, but it hasn't been approved. Vivendi's recent statement is that they are "determining" wheter Half-Life 2 meets their gameplay standards. That's stupid, considering that they are the publishers of Leisure Suit Larry...
