Heatsinks! n00b help!

I have an AMD 3500+ CPU with a MSI K8N Neo2 motherboard. What’s a good heatsink for over clocking that is compatible with my motherboard?

I thought about getting a Thermalright xp-120 heatsink I heard they were really good heatsinks but some of the reviews on newegg said it wasn’t compatible with my motherboard so what would be the next best thing?

ARCTIC COOLING FREEZER 64 is supposed to be very good and for a good price too. Id say its worth a try at the very least.
