Well, without lyrics it's fairly hard to place what kind of metal subgenre it falls under - but from the sound of it, it's most probably Heavy Metal. I know very little about Heavy Metal, but I'm sure there are others here that can recommend you some stuff.

I'm not claiming to be an expert either, but if you like that sort of fast metal, I recommend you try out some early thrash (mostly metal bands in "go as fast as you ****ing can" mode); try out some early Metallica ("Battery", "Trapped Under Ice", "Holier Than Thou" for something more easily digestable) or some Slayer ("Angel of Death" is a nice one, "Dittohead" if you want a 2-minute skull****). :)

Metallica - Fight Fire With Fire, or maybe Fabulous Disaster by Exodus

That riff work reminded me of something of In Flames' Lunar Strain album. Forgot what song, though.

Judas Priest (older style metal)
Iron Maiden (older style metal)
Manowar (Heavy metal)
Helloween (power metal)
Gamma Ray (power metal)
Hammerfall (Power metal)
Iced Earth (Heavy/Power/old style all thrown together)
Savatage (older style/power)

By Nine Inch Nails-
March of the Pigs
Mr Self Destruct
Big man with a gun
We're in this together
No, you don't

I can't really tell much from the sound file you added, it just sounds like a distorted guitar to me, could be from any style music really.
But for a heavy song, I'd suggest Halo by Soil.

The clip he posted is from the Judas Priest song "Metal Meltdown". I suggest you check out the rest of the Painkiller album if you haven't already. Though if you like that type of Metal, "Slayer" play it a lot. "Show No Mercy" and "Hell Awaits" are pretty good fast songs, the intro on "Hell Awaits" is great. Though Slayer is very much an acquired taste ;)
