After hours of swearing and frustration in jbmod, I've finally completed my luxury cruise liner! Complete with comforatable bedding, a cavernous kitchen , and an advanced digital entertainment system. I even put in a mini drink bar! (looks like Alyx drank a little too much) There are also accommadations for the family pet!

Anyway, this thing took awhile to make (I was really bored if you can't tell already ). Which is no surprise, considering it took 52 blue floaty barrels just to make the base.
I think there are at least 100 physycs objects are in this thing, which probably explains why I get about 5-10 fps (as opossed to the normal 150) when it's moving. :x

As for those "lots of pics inside" I promised, I made this slide-show story type thingy to show them of:

Well, now that my boat was destroyed (twice?) I guess I'll just put npc's in compromising positions untill I find something else to do...

Oh yeah, I'll attach a savegame file for those who might want one. Remember it LAGS LIKE CRAZY though, so don't say I didn't warn you...

Hehe It's not just you that gets frustrated at jbmod- I'm trying to keep count of things in this project. So far I'm at at least 100 physics objects, 8 hours of time to make it, and about 300 swears out loud.
And about that save file, ermm... I thought I uploaded it. Wierd. I'll try to put it up again tomarow after I get some sleep...

ai_disable - Disables all Artificial Intelligence (AI) for NPCs and puts them into their idle animations. Can be used to test the performance hit of AI, or to freeze NPCs.

watcha talkin' about? My cruise liner has a roof! in fact, It's a high quality, industrial strength roof!

Now about that save file....
Before any of you download it, there are some things you must know:
1. The map is buildingblocks_final
2. This thing lags like a bitch, I normally get about 150-200 fps-when this thing is moving I get about 5. :x However, when it's staying still, I get a somewhat-playable 30. My specs are: athlonxp 2500, 9600xt 256 mb, and 512 mb of RAM.
3. There's a bug that freezes the boat in place. To fix this, set sv_gravity to 300 or lower and reload.
4. I knida forget, but I think I put on a command to fix the boat in one position. To get rid of this, look at it and type "ent_setname whatever" in the console, (whatever can be... whatever:rolling then type in ent_fire whatever enablemotion.
I think thats all you need to know.... anyway, you can download it here.
