I left Steam, because we cant even talk about anything there anymore. No politics, No religion, No spam, no nothing...

I was a member there for many years, and I saw how Steam just got worse and worse, and eventually, after yet another unfair ban, I came here, and I hope it would be a lot more fun!

you should be ok, you'll only get insta-banned without warning for malicious attacks (eg viruses etc), commercial advertising, and the like.

also, warez is forbidden.
when it comes to porn, we're trying to keep the place suitable for the younger members. pictures of scantiliy clad people or talk of sex is fine, as long as you're being reasonable and to some extent, mature about it.

no snuff films or pictures of dead people if you can help it, also. That might earn you a ban at some point.

Otherwise, we're pretty easy going... just be reasonable

Younger members= How old?

Well, we're part of the COPPA registration system, which means we can be accomodating people younger than 13. AFAIK, we have no users who are COPPA-activated.

COPPA relates only to privacy though, as that may be worth pointing out.

When I say "younger members" I mean those who are below the age of consent, or legal individuality. i.e. those not allowed to buy alcohol, porn, cigarettes, etc. Its a ballpark term to refer to that group of users.

as for the second, its the opposite of 'broken' rain (i.e. rain with gaps of time where its not raining in between)

Solid rain- "It rained from 9AM to 5PM today!"
Broken rain- "It rained from 9AM to 11AM then 1PM to 4PM today!"

Solid means constant.

Also the thing with someone being 'pissed off' in the UK, that counts as swearing or bad language, but in the States it's a colloquial term for just being angry or miffed. An odd social difference there.
