Maybe his kids were flushing his pot plants down his toilet. Chances are that is actually is pot as the ground up stuff looks like it and there are leaves. He is most likely a dealer and was growing it in his place and got tipped off that cops were on to him so he started to flush it all down. That is why he is going to come fix it as evidence is sitting in your toilet/tub.

Take it out and see if it smells like pot, then dry it out and sell it. THC doesn't dissolve in water so it's still good weed. Just gross as hell.

Well it was definitely drugs because I just got a month of free rent. And my landlord isn't normally a friendly free-rent kinda guy.

It's just leaves and hydroponic soil. You can't smoke it, and I wouldn't anyways.

Oh, and I used some of the rent money I saved to order the complete Calvin and Hobbes. I am really excited. It should be here in a week. It was about $130 CAD. Plumbing will hopefully be fixed today. I've been showering at the rowing club and peeing in the bushes outside. But everything worked out for the best it seems.
