Is this a joke?

Sourcemods is the folder which is located in your Steamapps folder if you browse through Steam in your Program Files folder. You'll need to copy the mod you downloaded into this file (once it's been extracted / unzipped etc).

Also, if you want serious help, try and put together a proper sentence when asking other people to do you a favour...
