Help, i'm stuck in Ravenholme!

Hi, I have been trying constantly to proceed in the game but i am stuck in Ravenholme at the place where you can drop the cars on the zombies. I have managed to kill all of them and have loads of health but i get up onto the ledge and that bloke with the gun says who he is and 'you have met my congregation' and all that and he dissapears. I have no idea where to go after that! Have been running around for days looking for a place to go, even managed to get on top of the massive gas cylinder but no joy. Any help would be greatly appreciated as there must be some really obvious thing that i am missing.

pull the lever and jump onto the car, go up and along a platform, into a window i think...

Hmmm, I think you got aglitch. Can you take a pic of whats in the room? There is supposed to be a door.

Well thats seriously weird! A door has appeared! Well i feel sheepish... thanks for your help guys (i swear that door wasn't there before!)
