Im going to buy an x1900 xt but Im confused about one thing.

What is the difference between RADEON X1900 XT @ 649.35$

and RADEON X1900 XT512MB PCIE(C 10) @ 635.12$?

What does the (C 10) mean?

i think its the cooler because the one with c10 is alittle heavier so it must be cooler

Is it possible its a manufactoring code? I've only seen them on Canadian sites, maybe its manufactured in Canada hence the cheaper price?
