I had an awful time on 4chan last night. I went to /b/, and it told me things that I didn't really care about. But one thing really stuck out. Here it is, though.

I was on the second or third page, and I saw this meme that kept popping up from time to time that I never paid attention to. "F*cking magnets, how do they work?" and I just want to know what the crap is supposed to make it funny. It's usually accompanied with various 'troll science art' of magnets doing things they shouldn't do.

Then I left 4chan. Not angry. Not raging. Confused, though.

But, how do they work? I mean, I've always figured that when some rocks are taken from the ground, they still have bits of gravity in them; so stuff is attracted to them.

Lately I've been going to various scientists. None of them give me any real answer on this.

Any thoughts? I don't know where to go with this.

He's not serious. Not possible.

The gravitons and graviolis are what give objects their distinctive magnetism... among many other fantastical properties.

This thread attracted my locking magnet.
