help on entanglement

I just finished wiping out the 50 or so soilders and now looking for a place to go. I tried stacking up crates to get to the door on the balcony, but it will not let me get up there no matter what I do. I can stack the crates up and get to the balconys to get back where i can from and also to the balcony where it is a dead end and there is a room that is pitch black and my flash light does not seem to pick up any thing in there. What am I overlooking?

Wow, that was pointless, insulting spam.

Give us a description of the place. I can't think of a place where you have to back-track like that - have you checked for extra door, recently opened openings? Tried using the grav gun to pull some plugs?

I think he didnt mean to insult with the word a ss, but it should say :
