Help! Photoshop colors messed!

i have photoshop cs and the color inside the drawing place is all messed, its tinted blue but everything outside of it shows white.

no matter what its always tinted blue! did i change some setting? plz help

Kill off your color profiles.
File>Color Settings>Profile Setup
Just disable it.

If that doesn't help, then try selecting a different color profile.

i dont get a color setting under file but i got one under edit but it didnt help
