HELP!! Screen being jumpy

Hey guys...

I encountered a verry weird problem...i played the Orange box with no problems at all untill i hit half life2-Episode2,the game jumps like a crazy bunny,its just unplayable,i tried to play on dissregarding it but i reched a place where i need to be crouched,and guess what? it jumps ffs!

Its verry annoying,i've attached a link to a video showing the problem live in the game...

I tried updating the drivers,tried to play with the antialiasing,and with every option,its just keep jumping like that all the time i'm mooving,when i'm standing its not jumps...

The game is on the highest settings.as you can see in the 2'nd Link...

The game give a 40-50 fps ussaly,no fps drop while the jumps accoure...

Nvidia 8800 GT
Core 2 quad 6600
Asus p5k mobo
Windows xp
2giga ram...

thats very strange, i have a crappier computer than you and it does not do that, so it might not be performance.
1.right click the game in your steam menu and find properties, then click the files option
then verify intergrity of game cache.
if that does not work, ill look for other solutions
2.check the console for any errors

Check you controls, maybe you have misplaced jumping key.
