I dont know if anyone can help me but I have no idea where else to ask... I recently acquired an old Netfinity 5100 IBM server (dual pIII's 733mhz) and a raid controller. I am a complete n00b with raid servers and have no idea how to get this to work. I think I have like 6 32gb scsi hd's in the controller and 2 9-10's in the server itself. It seems to see all the harddrives that are in the controller but when I try to install my OS (openbsd) its not seeing any hd's at all. I remember somthing about needing drivers for raid but I dont know where I can find them and I have no idea how to install them. Someone told me somthing about mirror or stripes or somthing but I have no idea what thats about. I have been looking on IBM's website for help but I cant find what I need help with out of their billions of support pages on it and I have no manual.
If anyone can give me step by step help on this or at least lead me to some sort of reference it would be a big help. I realy want to get this working and I have no idea what to do. Thanks.
