Help...Stuck under pipe

I was on top of a pipe with steam coming out at a couple of places and when I went to the end of the pipe I broke a board off to the side and jumped down and went under the pipe to get ammo and health. Now I cant get back up on top of the pipe.

dont need to get back on top, there is a tunnel
