uh..... Multiply them both. If you want the higher take that one if you want the slower take that one. You may end up "overclocking" and void some stuff out. If you are "matching" your CPU speed we need ot know what it is first.
 
without a doubt the 11x200

because your clock speed is worked out from your multiplier by ur fsb...

11x200=2200

and 12.5x166=2075

but its not all about how fast your cpu is... the FSB is a very important factor as its how fast teh cpu communicates with the northbridge and southbridge :) the faster the better for the FSB!!

Closed. Its very simple. Multiply each of them and see what it comes out with. The product of the them is the clock speed. Also check my OCing guide stickied.
