If you mean just for the odd image you want to put up on a forum or whatever, the best I've used is http://imageshack.us
They're free, and you don't have to sign up. If you do sign up, you can access your images after you've uploaded them, and delete them I think. Otherwise, you only get the link shown once, and you have to save it.
