i have a file called: sw-logo
it's a .bmp picture... i want to use it in my map..what should i do?
i've heard something about converting to .vmt but how?

well there is other ways of pumping out vtf textures but the site I knew with the GUI version of TGAtoVTF is down.

You can wait for them to put it back up or look for another GUI program.
Personally I use the batchfile method myself.
