HEV suit: SPOILER don't read!

Ok, on my second time through. If you remember, right after the teleport mishap where you get ported outside, there are two camera flyers that follow you.

If you pick up a steel drum with the Use key, you can smash them and you get about 40 HEV suit charge out of the second after it disintegrates.

Anybody else notice this? Takes a bit of time to bash them but it's another testimony to the attention to detail.

Also, the mini-teleporter in Kleiner's lab. It actually works! Any small object you put in it will be teleported to the neighboring pad.

Amazing.

you can also put a really big object in the teleporter and break it.
but it has to be on the little pad

on a side note, why did you have to run after the teliporting accident? they are trying to get you back during the thing, but as soon as you teliport right next to them, its "OMFG RUN! RUUUUUUN!"

i think it was because the cameras showed up outside and kleiner powered down his lab so they wouldn't be found by the combine.

I think the teleporter broke and they didnt want you spotted by scanners and whatnot, since all of city 17 was looking for him... the open isnt a very good place to hide.

Did you see all those scanners coming outta the Citadel? They wanted you to run like crazy because the combine would be all over Kleiner's hideout if they found you there.

After all, you did appear in Breen's office; thus, he was scared and put the Citadel on full alert.

It was you they were looking for, not Kleiner or anyone else, so they didn't want you to get them all in trouble and knew you could handle yourself alone. At least, that's what I got out of it.

Man, if you think that the mini-teleporter and acquiring HEV juice is a spoiler, maybe you should go read a book.

Anyway, I actually, while cheating, turned on the teleporter, and before it transported nothing (I took off the thing already there), I rolled a grenade onto the pad, and just as it was teleported, it exploded on arrival and broke the machine. Coolness.

I knew about the HEV power up... I would kill scanners on spare time sometimes just to beef myself up

As for the teleporter, I never tried it... I'll go now thx.

I didn't pay attention too much to the teleporter...I was pretty busy at time so I was like cool...The cactus is transported...Now im going to try some smaller things...Though I wish you could carry it around...it would be kind of cool to transport things from 1 place to the other wherever you wish ((Though kind of useless too))
