Highest ping you have ever seen in a game

The highest ping I have ver seen in a game is 2700.

I was playing project zelda online for Halo CE at the time.

sometimes in BF2 it's almost like my connection can't upload, because I'll see people around me running and driving, but I can sit there for 5 minutes and my character wont do ANYTHING.

How about lowest pings?

Once I had -100ms. All my actions would display on the server before I did them. You think it'd be cool, but it's kind of a pain having to shoot behind someone to kill them.
