Highway 17 G-Man Sighting? Where?

I'm trying to fine all of the G-Man sightings, and one I just can't seem to find. I have an Xbox and the sighting through the combine binoculars where G-man is speaking to Colonel Odessa Isn't there.
Is this sighting not on the Xbox? Or can I just not find it? If it's there, I'd like to know where.

No, There was no Binoculars in either of the three beachhouses.

If I recall they split that map up into two parts since it wouldn't run well as one. They split it up in a way so that the G-Man was not in the map even. Therefore, no sighting.

Yeah, it seems like the binoculars were removed for the Xbox version. I hanged out a bit on the Xbox HL2 board on GameFAQs when it first came out, and this issue came up several times.
