Well, as a subscriber to there email thingy, they sent them all the first screenshot!
See Picture Here
Looks like its coming Summer 2005.

I personally loved the 2nd one. Hope they do great with the 4th.

x_X.
Raar.

Always wanted to go psycho at a christmas party. Excellent. Love the Hitman games, cant wait for this one.

Hitman 4: Santas Little Helper.

Find and exterminate the evil Santa and spread joy to the world by giving them little toy strangling wires, toy dual bollers, rubber shotguns and rub on ID tatoos.

Looks to be even worse than the aweful Hitman: Contracts; even from that screenshot only.

why? sexy ladies in christmas outfits are a good thing, as Dark elf has proven :D

I loved hitman 2 silent assasian but I hated contracts.

Does anyone thinking they may be setting themselves up for failure with the xbox2 possibly being released in November?

looks to be a new rendering engine, it now has Dynamic lighting and shadows. As well as normal maps that you can see on the characters which i imagine will be other places as well. Look considerably better then the third one. they seent o have moved away from that bright, cartoony look.

As long as they keep in the AMT Hardballers, I will buy it

:| Hitman 4: Teh Suxx0r. I'm sorry, i'm just joining the bandwagon of hate for this game.

blood money ?? the name sucks

2 entries found for blood money.
blood money
n.

1. Money paid by a killer as compensation to the next of kin of a murder victim.
2. Money gained at the cost of another's life or livelihood.

Quite apt really.......

Looks diffrent enough for me.
And it's only one screenshot that doesn't show much, christ! at least you could wait for another one before going on "OMG T3h ub3r suxx0rz" rants

I hope to god they are using a new engine

what's the likelyhood of that...? all they're looking for is money, and whether they're using a different engine probally won't make people more interested in buying the game (even if it gets it better reviews), plus i doubt they can be bothered to optimise a new one anyway :)

From what I can make out - there seems to be the use of normal mapping on that santa model (considering the creases - but I'm only half sure, could be hi-res textures), and dynamic shadows seem present.

Well, it seems to be a new age engine folks.

Got this from http://www.tombraiderchronicles.com/hitmanbloodmoney/

Agent 47 is back and this time he's paid in cold, hard cash. How the money is spent will affect his passage through the game and the weapons at his disposal, resulting in a unique gameplay experience for each player. Powered by a new version of Io's stunning Glacier engine, Hitman: Blood Money will deliver the most brutal and realistic simulation of life as the world's deadliest assassin.

I don’t know if that’s the engine they used for the last Hitman game
Or a new one. Screenshot looks nice!

You know, at one point, they said Hitman 3: Contracts "would be powered by an engine with graphics rivaling those of Doom 3." And I believed the poor souls at Eidos, too.

I've got to admit, they've done quite a bit with the Glacier engine all ready.

I'm a huge sucker for the Hitman games, and this is looking damn fine already. The engine looks to be improved a rather large amount, but I seriously hope they implement a physics system with more... realism. Yeah.

physics system with more... realism. Yeah.
Agreed, then again....nearly everyone agrees they would like that for nearly every game!

Yeah, but given the history of Hitman's ragdoll physics system, it's in dire need of improvement. It's so basic -- there's no friction, gravity seems to not exist through it, and it's been practically the same throughout all three games. It just needs serious improvement.

lets hope to be good
contracs wasnt bad but no enough good
