Sup guys i, i was browsing ebay couple weeks ago and found HL2 skin so me being HL addict i had to get it. A lot of peopke would tell me that it will look like shit but i didnt care and still got it. It turned out awesome except i messed up a little by the Power button, but other wise its looking great :smoking:

haha i just read your signature and it is correct. im not rich at all haha just saved up for a while.
 
I personally would've used G-Man on the controller, and move the lambda symbol on the power button to make it balanced. Other than, "cleverly done".

the skin for console itself is only 3 pieces. Gordon is one side, ALyx is other side and actually the whole front is covered with on long vinyl. so its not all separate :afro:

Well here is why:

I bought the orange box for PC the first day it came out. Then when i got my PS3 i wanted to enjoy the game on the big screen TV(50' plasma). As far as MX vs ATV Untamed some of my buddies have 360 and some PS3 and in order for me to play with them i got it for both systems. I also ride dirt bikes, so its one of my favorite games next to the OB. so here is why. As far as 2 PS3's the 80GB is in the living room and the 20gb is in the Office with the computer(because it has no wifi so its connected via ethernet to the router. This way when my friends come over we can race online without split screen, because i hate racing split screen :hmph:
 
Okay. You bought two PS3's because you hate racing split screen? I'm gonna be frank with you: if you're not rich as hell, you're f*cking stupid.

lol you guys make me sound like im Bill Gates or some shit. I bought the 80gb for $450 at Target because i work there and get discount and the 20gb i got used off of ebay for close to $300. Same for the 360 got it at Target with my team member discount. And most games i bought used off of ebay escept Orange Box and Mx vs atb untamed i got brand new for ps3. gaming is my 2nd hobby after dirt bikes and thats where most of my money goes :eek: I just always liked having all the latest electrnic gadgets so thats why i buy this stuff. Cant wait untill i join USAF so i can finally afford my own house :E
 
Are those all your games? Can't help but feeling it's a tad wasteful to get a 360 for just 2 games... one of which you already have on another console.

But hey, not my money (sadly).
 
Very nice. Im thinking about picking up a skin now. Nice on the 2 ps3's. Im thinking about getting a backup 60gig just for the Emotion engine, PS1,PS2 games on PS3 = kickass!

yes i dont need anymore for now lol. I still havent beat halo 3, resistance and dirt. and havent even touched motorstorm yet. i work a lot and have other things to do so i only get to play 2-3 hours a day. i am defentley getting the GTAIV, GT5, Killzone 2, Haze and of course MGS4, as well as Little Big Planet and whenever home comes out. so that will keep me busy for a very long time. also online gamimg takes up a lot of my time, especially Untamed and TF2 :O

actually if you wanna be specific this is how much i spent on what w/o taxes
80gig ps3 $450
20gig PS3(used) $300
Xbox 360 $350
Games: around $500 because some of them i bought used
Alieware came out to be $2200 but they had a special promo at that time
My YZ450F brand new when i bought it(in the begining of 07 was $7200 + i put about $2000 in after market parts on it

and no i am not rich or spoiled, im only 18 and still live with my parents, because i'm still waiting for the call from USAF for my job opening. I have a solid job for now and make enough to support my habits. Still have payments for the bike though(my Dad co-signed for me) but i will pay it off as soon as i finally join. I hate paying APR but i love my bike. I've been working since i was 15 1/2 and my Dad bought me a truck (8k) and i worked full time during summer breaks and part time during school and finally paid it off couple month ago :bounce: So everything you see is purchased with my own money and not out of Daddys pocket. anywho, just a heads up, because i hate when people tell me "wow you are such a spoiled kid etc. :sleep:"
 
Don't worry Felix, everyone in here is just jealous because they don't kick as much ass as you. It's very impressive that you can afford all that with your own hard earned money. I envy you. It's your money, spend it on what you want.

and im actually selling my PC because im am rarely using it now and i could use the extra cash to put towards bike or just keep it for "unforseen consequences". I use my laptop to go on internet and consoles for gaming, i just might get a cheaper gaming rig or just build one myself(which i always wanted to do, but never got to it :|
 
if any of you guys and gals ever come accross a half life skin for the PS3 can you please send me a link? I looked all over the internet and just can not find one :rolling:
