I very much doubt that Valve is going to put the kibosh on this.
It's not done for commercial purposes. They'd get a load of shit from the community and it'd be hard to win in court.

The scale of the models is way off. The modder needs to increase their size.

Come on! Stop complaining! The people who is bitching about how bad they look obviously don´t like UT2k4. THe models are there to honor the great game HL2! I think the models are great and nobody will ever have time too look at them to closely on me!
