Someone mentioned UT2k4 invasion...
A much better option if you own it already is Alien Swarm. Awesome top-down, co-op realtime tactical combat game with tons of atmosphere and great fun - best co-op I've EVER had. Definately one of those "Holy crap, it's morning?" games. Give it a shot.
