It is working here. I would have expected a bit more eye-candy, though. A bit like another counter made with flash, on a website....

You need to go into the screensaver options and set the release date be4 it works....awesome screensaver

Even if you go into the screensaver settings and put 11/16/2004, it still doesn't work.

In europe, the day and month in a year is switched around, so it'd be 16/11/2004, which you can't set with this thing.

Any chance of a version that works for US computers? It the best looking countdown screensaver I've seen yet and I would really perfer to use this one and not another one.

duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh read the readme, put the files (ALLLLL of them) into the said folder.

Then right click on desktop>properties>screensaver select the hl2 screen saver then settings then click the little box and click on 16th nov in the calendar. then preview. TA DA!

go to google type in PhanTim3 they got a pretty good clock. it changes it background every so often and you can customize it

Well the release date will be 8/9 hours LATE for you then as this is a europe only countdown timer.

Ok noobs, it took me like 3 min to figure this out.

Start > Settings > Control Panel > Regional And Language Options > Customize > Date

Under Short Date format, manually type

dd/MM/yyyy

tada. All done

Note to anyone doing this:

After you do what he instructed, you have to change the date on the screensaver again before it will work, because it is still in the wrong format!

GREAT Screensaver. Good work.

I should have had it in that format anyways, because in Canada that's what we use.

There, I set my language to English (Canada) as well...that should help.

I have that set as my secondary background, so when I lock my computer, it uses that as the background for the screensaver.
