HL2 Crashes while loading map

Hello all,

I am working on a map with my son in the Hammer Editor and we have had some good luck with it so far. Last night we added in some components and textures and such and when we hit F9 to load the map it loads up HL2, gets to the console screen the crashes out completely. I have removed everything we added in and then some, deleted the file and renamed it, copied the whole map into a new one and named it something different, reinstalled hammer and reset the files and cache and such. It is still crashing on the load so I can't seem to sort this out.

Any help would be great..

None I get a crash error from windows as if the program itself crashed, I can load other maps though and my testing grounds map works fine

The message I get within windows states Hl2.exe has stopped working.... bleh

I resolved this issue today with changing the position of the HEV suit and its cabinet. This is a tricky positioning but it fixed the crashing.
