Hey, how do you like my Deathmatch mod idea? I decided to combine everyone's favorite gameplay aspects into one ultra-DM.

Super Bouncy Spastic Practice 3D: 3000 PS

It works like this: the purpose of the game is to hop around as quickly as you can. You get one point per hop, and you get "Omega Score Multipliers" for making a continuous chain of hops.

The practice element comes from the targets: human-shaped blocks that have been (through use of source's realistic physics) given unlimited bounce. They riccochet off of everything as though the ball from Pong just grew limbs and snorted crack off a baby. When a target spots you, your life counts down rapidly unless you can bounce faster and/or higher. If you can, the target is destroyed!
Minor points can be awarded by hitting a target with a bullet.

Since realistic graphics can end up causing FPSes of well under 80, every map be an exact replica of an HL1 map and/or a killbox. Both will be streamlined by using only dev textures with radiators, with bonus reduced obstacles to facilitate better bouncing!

The game continues until you use the pistol, SLAM or a grenade without launching it with your gravgun. This is unacceptable, so the game ends. Game Over conditions also include standing still, not being in a clan and not using one of the many scripts.

The best part of SBSP3D:3KPS is that it eliminates the most troublesome and overall insignifigant aspect of multiplayer: other players.
Fun too, but that's practically gone from regular deathmatch already.

All I need is a coder, and I think this baby can be the next CounterStrike. :D

You may scoff, but the demand for this game is obvious. It is deathmatch without "noobs" or "noobs" who play for "fun" or "a version of the singleplayer's combat with co-op and human opponents."

The focus is now placed squarely where it belongs: Jumping higher, faster and longer, while using scripts and exploits to earn BIG POINTS.

SBSP3D:3KPS is "Deathmatch - The way it was apparently meant to be played!"
