HL2 DM Text Size problem

Hi, I recently changed the display settings of HL2 DM to 1280by1024 with all on high, reflecting world and 2xAA and 2xAF (Same as I have in CS:Source, which runs perfectly). I noticed that the text "Team Rebels" and the text that is displayed when you mouse over a player , telling you there name and health, was huge compared to the rest of teh text on teh screen. I have provided links to 2 screen shots, 1 of before i changed it, where teh text is fine and one after where the text is huge. The first is 800by600, which was the resolution i was playing it at before. The 2nd one is 1280by1024 pixels, so its the same size as the resolution I play the game with. This isn't a huge problem, but its beginning to annoy me. Thanks in advance, duffers20.

Are you sure the problem persisted after a restart of Steam?

THis happens to me when I change AA or AF, but goes away when I relaunch the game.

It sorted itself after I restarted Steam, should have tried that. Doh! Thanks for your help TheWart
