HL2 Error (plz help)

i just got it, im sure its 100% ready to go. However when i start it gets past the guy with the valve in his eye, and i get the error Platform Error: bad module "'../bin/serverbrowser.dll", not loading"

Thats what it tells me, i cant play it hl2, dm, or source
Any help is appreciated

download this and put it in C:\program files\valve\steam\steamapps\(user name here)\half-life2\bin

it should work then
