I feel sorry for the other "speacial" people being compared to this guy. actually I doubt he'll even meet their requirements.

Hey guys, Ive played this beta, "owns up" yes the paticular maps used for making the e3 demos were scripted sections for the most part (not all) but thats to be expected, when u have 20 mins to sell ur game to the world, u gotta show interesting examples of the features, this is incredibly difficault to do because the source engine has alot of randomness, so they script a few things, so what? the maps that arnt e3 have plenty of examples where the ai is working fine.

In my opinion the maps this "leaker" stole are an old selection the coders at valve were using to test various things in there daily builds, the most up to date resources probbaly wernt even uploaded to any central valve server, its as simple as that, this whole thing is being blown out of proportion by the way the media is posting opinionated and bias news items,

Thats what most people think, and its the truth.. its people like not_a_fan that have a spaz attack when someguy that his never heard of says HL2 will be $150 USD and you'll have to pay 60 a month and its all faked, they whole game is in 2D and no sound.

yes the events in the E3 demo were scripted...why? cause its a ****ing E3 demo! They can't hope the AI will do what the want it to do, so they script it. it doesn't mean the final game will be all scripted...retard.

Nah, we just feel sorry for you. We're waiting for a sequel of a popular pc game so we can continue with the storyline and find out what happened, what's going to happen and generally play a decent thought through game.

So a couple of scenes were possibly faked in order impress some fans.. who cares? It's pretty pathetic to make such a big deal out of it.

The "other side" is a bunch of criminals who have done nothing except damage their own community in the long run. Well done buys! Quite frankly, regardless of what their side of the story is, I'd like to see them behind bars.

First of all, Valve is a business, obviously they're going to want to make as much money as possible. Next, you're incorrect. You do not have to pay months to play their games. There are a range of pricing options; you either buy the game retail, buy it cheaper via Steam, or buy a Steam subscribtion charged at a monthly rate. You will get access to all of Valve's games for however long you want to keep paying.

Yes, if you buy Counter-Strike 2 outright, it will cost you more money. It will not be a free mod. Why? Because CS2 isn't a mod, it's a stand alone game.

After reading through this entire thread, I've come to the conclusion that you should probably stop posting, before your opinionated and misinformed information are shot down even harder than it already has been.
