1) yes, he will be in HL2 and try to kill Gordon
2) yes, he will be in HL2 and will help Gordon
3) he arouses homoerotic feelings in everyone and therefore he must be in HL2
4) no, he will not be in HL2 because Opposing Force is not really Half-Life
5) no, he will not be in HL2 because Gabe is teh fagott omg

Valve are nothing but lying, cheating and deceiving bastards. Their only goal is to systematically ruin your life by making false promises that they will never be able to fulfill. Half-Life 2 is vaporware because it has been pushed back so many times. It's doubtful that any other company in existence has had such problems with release dates.
