Is there a way to set a default character (don't say 'Options') in HL2 multiplayer so that when the server I play on sets me to Rebel that it is a particular character?
It seems that every time I get on a map and assigned to the rebel team (after playing a map in which I was on the combine team) about half the time I am assigned a female character, regardless of what the character was set for in 'Option' when I started up the game. So when I see I am on the rebel team I have been checking to see what character I am and I change it if I am female.
Is there a way that I can automatically be assigned a male character if I am assigned to the rebel team?
