HL2 on Steam

OK, so heres the deal. I've bought HL2 over steam but i wont have access to the net on the 16th (my birthday i might add!).

Am I going to be able to play HL2 on the 16th or not?

Yes. On the 16th, you load up Steam, it activates the files, you get to play.

You need the net to download the last few Mb of info that then unlocks the game.

If you dont have access then your screwed basicly.

Yes, you will need to be connected. You will probably have to pay for DoD:S.

Sorry but how sh!t is that?! Is it a file that can be downloaded n i can take home or do u ave 2 download wen u install again

ie can i install hl2 at work get the unlocker then install at home.... where i might add i have no internet? :frown:
