I've got one small complaint about the game. When you are first given the gravity gun, Alyx says that it was designed for carrying hazardous materials but they mainly use it for heavy lifting. I totally was expecting to be able to launch cars and stuff, but the biggest things it canlift are empty crates and small furniture like dressers and matresses.
No washing machines, none of the big green lockers, no people or aliens, and of course no cars. When I got the dark energy gravity gun I got excited again cause I thought maybe no I'd get a chance to launch some big stuff, but nope. It was cool that I could now grab people, but I still wanted to launch big things.
I realize the reasons they didn't design it this way. If you could launch cars and people through the hole game you'd never have to actually fight anyone and could go around launching everything that attacked you out into the stratosphere. But what I do wish they'd have done was make it so after you beat all the levels on difficult the dark energy version of the gravity gun would always be available in your inventory no matter what chapter you played.
