I rebooted my computer during a restart computer scan...BIG mistake. The computer wouldn't complete startup, not even in safe mode, and I had to use my Alienware Respawn CD/DVD to bring my computer back to factory settings.
Obviously I lost my entire completed half-life 2 save game file (unless the save games or your progress in the game is saved via steam... in that case I am fine).
I have about 75 mins left on my hl2 dl through steam, and I was wonderng if anyone could provide, if necessary, their save game files just so I can browse through all the game chapters.
I hope to replay my favorite chapters a bunch of times during the long weekend so any help is great,
