HL2 smp - Dual processor mod capability etc

help I have a dual processor amd 1gig each computer. xp pro. HL2 out of the box doesnt support smp (dual processors - not dual core).

I have seen many references to the fact that hl will support smp 'with mods'. ... I cant find them! where art they? Any help greatly appreciated.

nope not yet. registering now. odd thing today tho. after i played i looked at my processor maps and both seemed to have been running notwithstanding that its not supposed to handle smp... hmm maybe an update went out. Ill ask. thanks for the link and anyone else who has info on the issue.
