it's not my decision whether he is unbanned. I said PM Zerimski.. and ask nicely. It's not my decision. I never said it was definate. The staff have decided:

1. He was banned in the first place, for a reason
2. He came back, twice
3. He used an inappropriate name on the second time

Therefore he is banned. Sorry, but thats just the way it is
