hl2 strider model being used in a retail game?

i came across this youtube video ,this simulator has just gone retail and am not even sure why there is ufo content in a farming simulator , the sound to the video is very alienish

I am not sure if someone put it in by them selfs or the company did , thats why i made this thread, so if the game company did without valves consent, value could sue them right?

Digging around the subject, the farm simulator has a rather large mod scene which make all sorts of 'interesting' custom content such as slurry tankers etc, see more here - http://ls-2011mods.com/

That video linked by the OP seems to be a custom 'alien' mod where they've put in alien models like the strider and a UFO

Also, Landwirtschafts = Agriculture.
