HL2 Stuck

I think this is a problem faced by many! if you jump or hit jump in the part where you lose your weapons, you can neva jump again apparently. This is what happens to me all the time in that lvl.

I tried that but I could still jump. I will show a recording in a minute.

Once you get to the top, you need to try and wreck the reactor which is going to teleport Breen.

What do you meen?? do you meen grab the glowing balls and fire at the teleport! If so which bit?? the top antwhere or the orb the old bloke is in?

In the first pic at the top...do you see the big spinning thing made up of metal panels?(Look directly along the tube which has the glowing ball..Its the covered top part) Shoot each of the panels off.

Actually, you don't have to shoot each of them off. Just destroy the core.

Yeah, Just shoot one or two off and then fire a ball through the gap into the glowing core.

Wait til the super panels spread out and glow like mad, then fire away.

Until then everything will just bounce off and crap.

you can actually grab the panels and rip them off with the ggun, but then it doesn't seem to open the core later, or maybe i'm just weird. Oh well,
