Ok, so after you guys have replayed half life 2 100x, what will you play next if no MODs are out yet?

I'm pretty hooked on City of Heroes, fun game, good plan B.

What do you have as your plan b?

So I guess it will take a while, and I will be developing my own mod as well, so no worries from me
Got bored of CoH a long while ago... but a nice game for a 4-5 months!

GTA:SA for a few months. Possibly the Oddworld games if I haven't finished going through them again by the time HL2 comes out.

Then I'll go drool over STALKER for a month or two while playing Vampire.

And I suggest this goes in General Gaming.

STALKER, FEAR. Brothers In Arms. I might check out Bloodlines but I doubt I'll get into it. If theres some interesting mods, I'll check those out.

I can't be bothered by a game anymore unless its the bomb. Even really good games arn't worth my time. They need to be f'n great.

Fluke, that's a good point, so many games that there just isn't time to play them all.

so if companies don't start making quality games... they might as well give up.

maybe they (The gaming companies) will get a hint and get a checklist of everything that should be in a game, and not release anymore crap.

I'll be playing Vampire: Bloodlines, GTA : SA, Halo 2, Battle For Middle Earth, Otogi 2, Jak III, Ratchet and Clank 3, Prince of Persia 2, WoW, Warhammer 40K, Rome: Total War, SW Battlefront, Sly 2, Guilty Gear Isuka, Evil Genius, and The Sims 2.

Needless to say, my gaming schedule is pretty well-stocked.

HL2 will blow all of these out of the water, no doubt. However, it is always good to have backups when my HL2 addiction kicks in.

(Think Tyrone from Chapelle's show, but with HL2 instead of crack.)

After playing Half-life 2 (and HL:Source and DoD:Source), I plan to play Metal Gear Solid 3, MoH: Pacific Assault, and GTA: San Andreas. Of course I'll be playing through Half-life 2 again and again half the time during my gaming periods. :naughty:
