Suikoden II, although recently I've been informed by several of our Kurdish forumites that Peshmerga is indeed a Kurdish leader, or at least, an idea, that means "To face against death", which has inspired me to choose Peshmerga for my Battlefield 2 name, as the face against death, or tanks, in Battlefield 2 :)
 
Rofl! Just in the first SS I can tell you didn't even bother to include cubemaps. Being a member for so long now you should ****ing know this.
 
What's the difference between this version and the last (awful) version you released?

They look like the same screenshots to me

I'm guessing he removed about half of the map (The stuff he deemed "MOST" aweful).
 
If you people actually read the story behind it you might actualy know!
and i did add in env_cubemaps... i'm not a begginers mapper... Dead-Inside.. you should know not to just a map by it's screenshots :p

Just a little note..the walls and doors are a little thick. And the sequential events that take you back to the same place feels more HL1. But other than that I liked it....as i dont give a **** about cubemaps...
 
cubemaps are just there to make it shiney and stuff... and i have liek 10 of them in every room :D
 
Cubemaps don't 'make it shiney and stuff'...I suggest you read into it.

If your a begginer mapper don't bother to release anything, that even for you may seem good. It's all crap.
 
i was under the impression cubemaps do make things shiny....well....maybe give off reflections would be a better description....is this wrong?
 
In the most simplified sense possible, they're used to make stuff shiny.

cause hes a know-it-all ass like most experienced mappers who dont want to be "displaced". Luckily we have people who actually use these forums to help new users to hammer, like Raeven0, and who don't ridicule those who are trying to gain experiance.

Steampowered in particular seems to manufacture knives that definitely aren't the sharpest...
