Depends what you want. I know alot of advanced PHP and SQL as well as ASP. Would love to help you out if you want to ask question or such like but don't have the time at the moment to do something for you...

I don't mean to flame but there's isnt any need for another HL2 website when HL2.net is around, look at the facts: it comes up first in google if you type "halflife2", second if you type "halflife 2" and fourth if you type "half-life 2" (the first ones are Sierra and Valve websites).
