Making a zombie based mod seems a natural choice for a game with a universe like Half-Life's. Using the Source engine to achieve ambience necessary for the survival horror genre will be both rewarding for the creator and the player. HoldOut is such a modification, using the Source engine to achieve spectacular results. Today, they have released yet more great looking media. Check it out![br]

[br]In addition, they have released some new music files which can be listened to by going to the brand new HoldOut Music Library.[br]
Also check out a sawed off shotgun animation here.[br]
To learn more about this mod, follow the zombie blood trail.

I love the concept art these guys have. Looks like a great mod.

looks awsome. wish these zombie mods would freaking merge so we could get one completed one rather then 20 non completed over the next 2 years

never understood that about the modding realm, if everyone worked together, you could actually accomplish a goal, then everyone move on to the next task. instead we get all these constant wip mods that prolly won't have all the people necissary to do what they want.

anyways, thats awsoem, sorry to bitch ;)

looks good but i really don't like zombie games so I won't be playing it.

Well not every mod has the same ideas/style/gameplay/features etc. There is a whole lot of work that goes into making a mod. Some are mp, some coop, some sp, having more to choose from is better than one would'nt you say? There are bound to be a few that don't make it for various reasons, but usually it all boils down to the leadership and work ethic of a team to actually get it out the door.

Back on topic, nice media update, thats a whole lotta songs!

I can't tell you the last time I've wanted a good pair of disembodied hands to smack someone upside the head with.

Really, I can't...
