Just saw this. It's amazing. Wow, just wow. It just has to be seen.

I thought it was amazing too. Loved it. Nice story with some good twists. I wanna see it again now >_<

Me too. I might watch it again later.
I'm really starting to love China.

I only saw half of it, I was rather "meh".

It was okay, would give it 7/10. I personally preferred Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon and Hero.

Agreed, although House of Flying Daggers was very good too. Fearless is also well worth a watch..

Hero is best. I'm looking forward to Curse of the Golden Flower though. His next martial arts epic.

My house mates a film buff, and this film is great for winding him up. You know the bit at the end where it starts snowing, that everyone thinks is very meaningful? Well, it turns out that it just happened to snow where they were filming and they didn't have enough time or budget or something to wait untill it thawed.

Its great fun going on about how meaningful the snow is and watching him steam :D

I actually didn't like it as much as some of the other movies to come out of China recently. It's beautiful, but the characters never made a connection with me.

Hahaha, never knew that. You just destroyed all of the "meaningfulness" from it now :P :D

Brilliant film. Fight scenes are immense.

But as its in Japanese audio (my DVD is anyway), i find myself reading the subtitles more than watching the film hehe.

I just figured they'd been fighting for months... :D

Saw it awhile ago. Felt like I was watching Crouching Tiger the whole way through... but still pretty good.
