I remeber a game called Big Red Racing.
You could drive hovercrafts in that game...
It was kinda fun.
But I havn't heard of any game called Hover.

I remember now its a win95 game and it simply goes by hover.exe

I tried download.com and came up with a game called hoverrace, but im not sure if this is it.
